1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mobile Marina's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Mobile Marina provides dockside fuel delivery, vessel management, and marine maintenance services in the Tampa Bay area. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change without notice.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account through our mobile app, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Fuel Delivery Services

• Fuel prices are subject to change based on market conditions.
• A minimum fuel purchase of 50 gallons applies to all deliveries.
• Delivery is available within our designated service areas only.
• All fuel deliveries are performed by USCG-certified captains.
• You are responsible for ensuring safe access to your vessel for fueling.

5. Vessel Management Services

• Management packages are billed monthly and may be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
• Inspections are conducted per the agreed schedule and package tier.
• Mobile Marina is not liable for pre-existing conditions discovered during inspections.
• Recommendations made during inspections are advisory; the vessel owner makes final decisions on repairs.

6. Maintenance Services

• Maintenance estimates are provided before work begins.
• Additional work discovered during service will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
• Parts and materials are billed separately from labor.
• Warranty on workmanship is provided for 90 days from service completion.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards through our mobile app and invoicing system. Late payments may incur additional fees.

8. Cancellations

Scheduled fuel deliveries may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mobile Marina shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mobile Marina, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims or damages arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Mobile Marina and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
